At BLM we appreciate how valuable your time is and how difficult it can be to take time out of work to attend meetings with solicitors or to even make that very important phone call. Our online motoring defence service enables you circumvent that necessity in circumstances where you accept responsibility for the motoring offence alleged and yet allows you to still feel confident that your matter is in safe hands.
BLM online motoring defence service enables you to secure legal representation at your Court hearing* for a fixed fee of £400 plus VAT plus disbursements plus travel disbursements**.
Receipt of your completed Motoring Questionnaire and monies on account in the sum of £250 will be taken as your acceptance of our Terms of Business and will enable us to commence work on your matter immediately. Please note that you will be required to settle the outstanding balance prior to your Court hearing.
*This service entitles you to representation at one court hearing. You will meet your representative at Court
**This applies to Courts outside of Milton Keynes
If you prefer to meet with a Solicitor in addition to this service, you can take advantage of our Fixed Fee Interviews:
½ hour – £90 plus VAT
1 hour – £150 plus VAT
You may also prefer a Fixed Fee Interview in circumstances where you simply seek legal advice or if you are planning to represent yourself at court but require assistance with your preparation in readiness for the hearing.
If so, please call 01908 546580 to book an appointment.
a) Your matter involves submissions that you would suffer “exceptional hardship” if you were disqualified from driving under the ‘totting up’ provisions. (If you are unsure if an exceptional hardship application would be successful, we recommend you book a Fixed Fee Interview in order to receive specific legal advice).
b) You wish to put forward “special reasons”. This will require more than one court hearing. (If you are unsure if a special reasons argument would be successful, we recommend you book a Fixed Fee Interview in order to receive specific legal advice).
c) You wish to contest the allegation made against you.
IMPORTANT
Please bring both your counterpart and photocard driving licence to Court
