Daniela Sosimi

Daniela Sosimi is one of our Staff Paralegals. She holds a First Class honours degree in Law from Birmingham City University. She is hardworking, ambitious, and always ready to take on a new challenge. Daniela has a strong interest in Family Law, drawn by the admixture of its people-focused nature and the facts-based dynamic involved in this area of law. She at once enjoys the balance of problem-solving, solutions-driven negotiation, and the practical thinking that is required, in order to meet clients’ expectations in a manner most serviceable to a successful outcome. Daniela always seeks to maximise any opportunity to make a positive difference in real-life, everyday situations for her clients. She opines that no two cases are ever precisely the same, an approach which enables her to fully concentrate on the mandates of any particular case that she is working on.  The achievement of being awarded a First Class honours degree reflects her determination and commitment to doing her very best in everything she sets her mind to. She takes pride in being organised, reliable, and approachable. She has strong communication skills and an extremely positive attitude, much suited to Family Law. Outside of work, Daniela may be found at the gym or otherwise exercising. This helps her to keep focused and energised. She is also a massive fan of movies and loves a good cinema trip or a cosy movie night. She enjoys films which have a strong storyline, with a bit of drama, or anything intellectual that invokes reflection and thought. Daniela is excited about continuing to grow in her legal career, building new skills, and embracing opportunities that challenge her both professionally and personally.
